Mullen Public Schools

Hello! 

I’m Katie Crisp; I am the Elementary Secretary. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology in 2016 from Fort Hays State University. After moving to the Mullen area with Tanner in September 2015 and seeing the need for childcare, I opened a licensed in-home daycare in January 2016, which I have owned and operated for the past six years. I have been married to Tanner Crisp for 7 years, who graduated from Mullen High School in 2008 and is currently employed with the Nebraska Department of Transportation here in Mullen. We have two beautiful daughters: Kinley (4) and Kyla (1), who will be in the Mullen School System in the near future. I closed my daycare in October 2021 to find an equally fulfilling job within the community. 

We love the community of Mullen and what it has to offer for our family. You can find our family outside enjoying the sunshine riding around in our side by side, shed hunting, swimming, fishing, hunting, or cruising to a car show in Tanner's purple hot rod. :) I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, reading, watching Husker Volleyball and working out! I am so thankful and excited for this opportunity to work at Mullen Public Schools!
