Monday: 6-7:30 p.m.

Tuesday:  5:30-7:00 p.m.

Wednesday:  5-6:30 p.m.  *we are doing a team bonding activity and supper after conditioning on this day

Thursday:  6-7:30 p.m.

Friday:  6-7 p.m.

 

Football Conditioning Schedule:

 

Monday:  Weights @6:45/Conditioning 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Tuesday: Weights @6:45/Conditioning 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Wednesday:  Weights @6:45/Conditioning 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Thursday:  Weights @6:45/Conditioning 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Friday:  No weights/Conditioning 6-7 p.m.
