January 22 to January 28 is School Board Member Appreciation Week in Nebraska. We want to thank our Mullen Public Schools Board Members for their service and dedication to the education of the children of our school district. As elected officials, our Board Members volunteer their time and expertise to partner with us to lead our district. In addition, our team of Board Members does a great job representing Mullen on a state level. Their time and efforts are most appreciated! Thank you again, we can't do this without you!

It was a great day of competition for Mullen FCCLA! Here are the FCCLA District 10 results for Level 1:

It was a great day of competition for Mullen FCCLA! Nine members competed at District 10 STAR in Thedford and all nine qualified for state; which will be held in Lincoln in April.
The Elementary kids had a blast building snowmen at lunch recess!!

Wrestling scheduled for Friday at Callaway has been canceled. However we are still planning on playing basketball at Gordon Rushville and wrestling at Nealy Oakdale Saturday.
Due the the current winter weather storm and hazardous travel conditions, Mullen Public Schools will not be in session on Thursday January 19, 2023. 6-12 students will have a remote learning day so please check Canvas. Reminder, Friday January 20,2023 is a teacher in-service day so school is not in session. We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday.
A silent auction has been organized by the Mullen Student Council along with South Loup schools to assist the Trent & Kelli (Brost) Walz family defray costs associated with Trent’s medical treatment. Bidding will take place on the Walz Family Silent Auction Facebook page until closed there on Thursday, February 2, 2023. Bidding will resume in person on Friday, February 3, 2023, at the Mullen vs. South Loup basketball games in Mullen until closed at 8pm. Winners will be notified thereafter. Items can be picked up at that game or at the offices of Arnold, Callaway or Mullen High Schools (depending on the location of the winner).
