High School – Jackson Vinton
Mullen Public Schools is proud to recognize junior Jackson Vinton as the High School Student of the Month. Students are chosen by teachers during the monthly leadership council meeting based on qualities such as work ethic, leadership, and willingness to help others. Jackson’s teachers agree that he has made a strong and positive impression since joining Mullen High School.
Mrs. Hardin shared, “Jackson has been a wonderful addition to Mullen High School. He is polite, respectful, and sets a positive example for his peers. In both of my classes, I’ve seen his eagerness to learn, and he always puts forth effort. His positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges make him highly deserving of Student of the Month.”
Mr. Taylor added, “Jackson is a joy to have in class. He puts in great effort with his math and consistently shows his work!”
Mrs. Andersen praised Jackson’s character and determination, saying, “In my dual-credit English class, he demonstrates strong work habits and a clear drive to succeed. His consistency and positive attitude will continue to serve him well.”
Congratulations to Jackson Vinton on being named Mullen High School’s Student of the Month!
Middle School – Cooper Cash
Mullen Public Schools is also proud to recognize Cooper Cash as the Middle School Student of the Month. Students are selected by their teachers during the monthly leadership council meeting for their work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Cooper’s teachers describe him as courteous, hardworking, and a joy to be around.
Mrs. Jewell said, “Cooper is such a courteous young man. He is always willing to engage in conversation with peers and adults. He volunteers to help with both small and large tasks, and as a student, he is diligent and hardworking. Overall, Cooper is a great kid to be around both inside and outside of school.”
Mr. Taylor highlighted Cooper’s curiosity in math, noting, “It’s been a pleasure to have him in class. He always asks thoughtful questions to deepen his understanding, and I’m excited to see how he continues to grow.”
Mr. Monette shared, “After spending a few minutes with Cooper, it’s normal to feel encouraged and important. His kindness and thoughtfulness shine through in everyday interactions, whether he’s helping a classmate or offering a word of encouragement. He creates a welcoming environment wherever he goes.”
Congratulations to Cooper Cash for making Mullen Jr./Sr. High School a brighter place for both students and staff!

In a world where technology plays an ever-increasing role in our daily lives, it is essential for students, parents, and stakeholders to understand how to engage responsibly, ethically, and safely online. Our goal is to raise awareness about appropriate internet use.
Stay tuned for our weekly updates throughout the school year.
